Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We now accept Bitcoin and CNY bank transfer within China. All of our machines are priced by US Dollars, which will be converted into real-time Bitcoin prices for purchase.
Q: How long will it take to confirm my payment?
A: For Bitcoin, it requires 6 confirmations for us to receive the payment. For bank transfer, we need you to submit the following information to [email protected]s.org for us to confirm the payment: a screen shot for the transfer, your registered name or address, your bank account, transferred amount, and order number. Once we’ve confirmed the payment, we will send you a confirmation email.
Q: Why can’t I use my coupon?
A: Some coupons can only be used under certain conditions so please read the details carefully. Sometimes discounts cannot be used at the same time. If multiple specials are applicable, the biggest discount will be used.
Q: Where am I in line and when will my order be shipped?
A: The factory works day and night to prepare the miners. Shipping priority will be determined by the time of your orders.
Q: How can I contact customer services?
A: We will soon provide real-time online services but now please send emails to [email protected] if you need any of our help. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 10 am to 12 am, 2 pm to 6 pm Beijing Time (GMT+8).
Q: Can Nanominer ship items as a 'gift' or with a lower price than the actual price to avoid taxes?
A: Normally we can’t provide false information for custom declarations as it may cause trouble for shipment. We will declare all items as 'computer accessories' with the actual price. If you have special requires, please Write your request in the customer comment when placing the order.
Q: What shipping service does Nanominer use?
A: Our assembly line is in Shenzhen, China. We will use DHL &UPS to deliver worldwide. If you have some special requirements please contact us in advance.
Q: What should I do if the miner is damaged by shipment?
A: We will need you to take a picture of the damage when you receive the package. When we’ve confirmed the damage, we’ll arrange the shipment of a new miner to you after you ship back the damaged one. The shipping fee for you to ship back the miner will be covered by Nanominer.
# REFUND AND RETURN
Q: Can I return the miner?
A: Return of goods and refund are not available. But we have a one-month warranty if your miner goes malfunctional. The shipping costs for warranty should be covered by customers.
Q: Can I get a refund for my pre-sale order?
A: All sales are final and refunds are not available unless we fail to deliver our miners. If special occasions happen that may require a refund, please contact our customer service. Nanominer reserve the right to decide a refund.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Bitcoin refunds may take 2-3 days to be received in your account. The refund of Bitcoin will be calculated against real-time rate for the USD you’ve paid.
